broke an elbow......i just learned to deal with one arm......i have also lost the use of one arm for 6 months......you buy velcro shoes...wear sweatpants, you adapt as best you can.....thats all you really CAN do

i dont know you......but i can almost without a question, tell you YOU CAN do it!!! just ry to find the positives.....i cant do gym class.....people are wanting to help me more. whatever! find the funny situations.....like i was on crutches a lot as a teenager....so i taught myself to do tricks on them.....

how about 103 broken bones. had a forklift run over my foot frontwards and backwards. OUCH laid up for almost 2 years

I have arthritis is my foot but I am able to walk without pain unless I am on my feet for an extended period of time. I was in a non walking cast for 14 months then a cast with a ball on the bottom so I still had to use crutches then when I started rehab , the way I started walking was in a swimming pool for about 6 months while in the weight room. The doc did a great job as I have had no other problems except the things I mentioned

Not a broken bone but when I had my knee injury I got into gaming. Kept me distracted and helped me cope.
