		I'm American and I don't like how they have the word "god" in it since I'm atheist... I don't want to say the pledge but I'm too wimpy to stand up against the school... since we're really not supposed to talk about or say anything about religion cause its against the law, I don't see how they can force us to do the pledge

		Yeah no one ever specifically clarifies that. I'm glad my history teacher in tenth grade did, but it should be mentioned earlier and by more people. I think it's something that all students should know.
