Why doesn't weed help with dental pain?

I've used weed most of my life and know that it does wonders for managing pain, back pain especially I find.. although for any tooth ache I've ever had, it doesn't do a damn thing (other than make me stoned, heh) The only thing that really dulls a toothache for me is some sort of opiate. Your thoughts?

Well different types of cannabis strains help with different types of pain or conditions so maybe your not smoking the right strain for tooth pain. I'm not sure what strain would be best you could find out at a cannabis shop or try googling it. Cheers and happy New Year!

Ive noticed the same and I think it is because MJ stimulates blood flow and increases it particularly in the head (including mouth). increased blood flow in the area= pressure=pain

Put a clove in the area where the tooth hurts. That will help with the pain.

Because it's worst than a pain in the ass.
