What's your favorite healthy food?
I'm trying to eat better and get into better shape. But I still want to eat foods that I will enjoy.

For me, I really like imparting a lot of flavour and spice to things with herbs, spices, chillies, and so I can eat really healthy stuff without it being bland. Big fan of lentils, rice and quorn, none of which have much flavour on their own but they do when I'm finished with them.

It's good stuff. Although it took me a while to realise that microwaving it before cooking it in another way actually makes it better. Doesn't seem right somehow. But then, I guess it's not chicken and I shouldn't treat it like it is.

I like seaweed, there are so many kinds to choose from. Chia seeds are also good because they're tasteless.

That's great! We grow tomatoes, lettuce, basil, and oregano. I'll have to start eating more of those.

I just looked up acai bowls, and they do look good. I do love acai berry flavored lifewater (and almost any other kind of lifewater), so I'm sure I'd love to eat acai too. I also read somewhere that acai is good for losing weight. I wonder if that's true. I suppose it may be, if it satisfies my craving for sweets.
