Who do people blaim the women when a man cheats?

that's a really stupid question but ,i have seen in some places that women still don't have freedom so they are still facing problems,
but most of all educated people don't do that ,if they are accusing than there is nothing wrong in shooting in their heads.

Because some people are stupid and don't realise that men ARE actually capable of behaving responsibly, if THEY choose to ? That THEY can control themselves if they think it's important enough to ?

Most of the time blame is put on the women saying they are neglecting their men. But if we would communicate more I think there would be less cheating and more swinging or sharing.

Well the woman is supposed to obey. If the woman cheats, then she should be blamed. However if the man tells her to cheat, different story.

Same reason people blame the guy when the slut cheats

That is total BULLSHIT

They might blame them, too.
