This is based on my personal definitely but maybe I can help explain the differences between the two:
Being bisexual is more definitive in liking both sexes. Saying you are bisexual means you are definitely open to being with man and a woman. However, you can be bisexual and be exclusively with a woman or a man but that you are opened to being with the opposite.
Being heteroflexible or homoflexible means you are largely straight or gay but would welcome a bisexual experience especially if the opportunity came up.
