Well i wanted some secondary material on Plato

The Cambridge and Oxford Companions, the former is more introductory, i had to research for 5 minutes to clarify on the distinctions each has, and Proclus's commentary on The Republic, i'm a sucker for OLD secondary material Proclus was writing in the 400's CE, oh what fun i'm in store for!!

Most of my time will be reading from the Hackett complete works, modern respectable translations, and i have a few editions of other dialogues, titles i'm too lazy to type here, but i'm digging it, last finished dialogue was Critas, so Socrates is to die soon, and a friend visits trying to convince him to escape, and Socrates will not be having anything unvirtuous to be done, the state must be obeyed, his life if he escaped wouldn't be worth living.

If i'm not around and doing much here, it's because i'm giving myself an intellectual feast!! 🍽
