Let's look at the history of the worst wars in US History.
The bloody Civil War was started by the liberal slave owning Democrats.
Probably the most far left president of all time, Woodrow Wilson got us into World War I.
FDR LIED us into World War II, because the Raw Deal was only expanding the Great Depression. And Democrat Harry Truman committed the ultimate act of genocide by NUKING the civilian cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
Harry Truman then got America into the Korean War.
John F. Kennedy (probably the first supply side economy president in American history) got us into Vietnam, and was assassinated when he made efforts to get us out. Lyndon Johnson, escalated that war, singing tens of thousands to die in Southeast Asia.
The Cold War (which you can probably credit Kennedy for) lasted until Reagan defeated the Soviet Union without firing a shot. That was after Jimmy KKKarter empowered Islamfascism by allowing Iran to commit an act of WAR without any consequences.
And of course Bill KKKlinton basically sat on his fat communist ass while Al Qaeda infiltrated this country with a five year operation that George W. Bush inherited (along with a recession.) It was the destruction of the World Trade Center. Bush proceeded to react as any American president would and sent the military to Afghanistan to hunt down the perpetrators.
The two biggest DOVES in the last 50 years were both Republican presidents. Richard Nixon ended the Vietnam War.
PRESIDENT TRUMP, (who originally opposed the Gulf War that both Bushes had launched) wound up giving the world PEACE in his first term. He also sought to reverse the FDR policy of "rapid deployment"
(In college "global politics" we learned that WWII led to a philosophy of leaving soldiers and military bases all over the world, just in case our help is needed. It was the concept of "rapid deployment." That way it won't take too long for us to engage, since the equipment and manpower would already be on that side of the world.)
It was PRESIDENT TRUMP who originally came up with the idea of our deadbeat allies either PAYING us for military protection or he would remove our soldiers and military bases from those countries. It takes a businessman to see things clearly.
They were the worst and bloodiest wars in our history. And they were ALL started by the left.
