When did you accept the theory of evolution?

I guess for me it was when I really started to learn about it.
And I've read some pretty great evidence on here since joining.

I think the moment it was explained to me, it just made so much logical sense. It was like my view of the biology of life on this planet crystallised at that moment. I had a similar epiphany with enthalpy shells.

It does, although what a wonderful leap to come up with that idea, before we knew about genes or DNA.

@Celine: Yeah, I really can't imagine it being false. It'll probably be slightly refined over time. Perhaps religion will adapt to include it too.
