If, while flying an aeroplane at very high altitude, a window or door breaks away, is the pressure differential enough to suck a human human out?

As it's sometimes shown in movies!!

I don't think the pressure differential is so great that it will suck an adult sized human out. Small things may get sucked out. Wind blast or broken seats may fly away with the air speed. But that's my view with all the respect for the view you have expressed

To be fair, it depends on the type of breach and the pressure differential between the inside of the plane and the air outside. It'd be quite possible for a breach not to be able to blow a person out. Not impossible, though.

It takes as little as a second for the pressures in the cabin to become equal to the outside pressure. All you will see is a lot of smokey screen n next moment the masks will be dangling before your eyes 👀
