Which is the best and cheapest mp3 player in the whole and entire world?

As i asked in the title, i want to know which is the best mp3 player, with similar properties to premium/middle ones, but at a lower price than high end players. Par example, which is the best, Walkman or iPod? Thank you!

A used, stolen iPhone off eBay. They're cheap because you can't activate them with a phone carrier. Use it as an iPod Touch.
