And I realize that, but what's our idea on how that originally kickstarted? Do we think there was a kickstart event, and was it possible this was a quantum vacuum fluctuation?

@Animore: Nope , Just one big blast of atoms , quantum vacuum fluctuation does not apply to E = Mc2

@Paschar: Well yeah but that's exactly my point. We know they exist, and that they can create energy out of nothing. We can observe them at Hawking radiation as well, so wouldn't it be possible?
