The life they're looking for is just the signatures of some elements required for it. I wish people would stop being so anthropocentric.

I am not sure how it makes us anthropocentric to wonder if life exists elsewhere in the universe.

Right, it doesn't. Not so much here, in this group, but elsewhere I see a lot of comments along the line of the assumption it's hominids on those planets.
