I think you may have misunderstood what you read. As far as I know if all the empty space that exists in the cells of all the Humans on Earth was removed, then we would all fit in the size of a sugar cube. Not the whole universe , just us Humans.

@HairyBallSack1: neutron stars and black holes are a ot bigger then a suger cube and they arent made of atoms
