Why don't you accept the theory of evolution?

Some believe that the first living organism gradually developed into a variety of living things, including humans, through a process of random mutation and natural selection.

How do we explain the complexity of DNA or of the purpose of red blood cells compared to white blood cells. The purpose of the kidneys and liver? Did a human during evolution figure we needed kidneys and livers?

These things developed over billions of years and millions of generations and are explained by the concept of deep time. Humans didn't evolve until very late in Earth's history.
