No no no don't buy one of those expensive phones. Let me tell you what they have done, it is all a big scam. They carefully make a phone just a little bit better every year and use that as an excuse to try to get you to buy a new latest greatest phone and keep the prices high. It reminds me of late 80's early 90's desktop computer prices. At the peak you paid over $ 2,000 for the latest greatest desktop computer which is like $3,500 of today's dollars. You can go buy a decent desk top computer at Walmart for 200 to 300 dollars today. When people quit paying 700-800 for a cell phone companies will quit charging 700-800 for a cell phone.

So what do you do, if you like the top of the line brand phones buy a mint condition phone that is a couple of generations old so don't buy an i phone 7, you can buy an i phone 6s or better yet an i phone 6 or 5 depending on what you need out of the phone, often you can find these phones in new unsold condition and save hundreds. Or get an android if that is your pick, get a samsung S6 for 300 that is new in the box instead of a new s7 for 700.

You can take care of your phone and buy a new one every off the used market then sell your old phone on the same market. Spend the money on something else.

You can get a mint condition used i phone 6 plus for around 350. or if you don't have the budget for an iphone you can get BLU Vivo XL a 5.5 in phone off of Amazon new for 150 on Amazon, personally I like the i phone
