If used to benefit people it builds society. If used to benefit corporations, it is destroying society.

While I still admire the scientific process I fear that 'science' is being elevated to the level of a religion for some and with that comes the notion that it cannot ever be questioned as if Science is some all-knowing being passing down commandments.
