why does my speaker keep skipping certain parts of songs?

It's really weird. My headphones work perfectly fine, and I plugged the speaker into different output devices and it always happened at the same spots in the song.

I found out it only happens on a specific volume range. So either I listen to music more silently or go full on apeshit crazy and let the house collide.
