What technologies have developed as far as they can?

I'm thinking beer cans, pencils, LEDs, paper clips, chop sticks, and tissue paper (kleenex and TP). Not much will change with them. What else?

@SweetMae You have not seen the bluetooth connected vibrating toothbrush that tracks your brushing activity?

This will be enhanced with a feature, within 5-10 years. While brushing, your dental health is assessed and your medical profile will be appropriately updated.

Within the next 3-5 years, you will have toothbrushes that can help you manage your diet.

LEDs have a lot more to go both in terms of materials science and connectivity.

Paper clips will be looking for a function to perform in a decade or so.

TP may become obsolete thanks to all inclusive toilet/bidet combos.

Chop sticks? They've seen the fork, right?

I'd rather ask why certain thing have been made into technology that don't really need it, does your refrigerator really need a screen? Does a toaster really need microchips?
