Do you ever turn your phone off during the day? Just for peace of mind?

I need to buy an alarm clock so I can turn my phone off at like 8pm.

It will help cut back on mindless scrolling as well

I never turn my phone off. I probably should but I need the alarm. My house is weird and I have micro power outages all the time so any alarm clock I set always resets every few days so I can't trust it.

@REMsleep yes I used to have this problem too. Our power pole thing on our street was bad and the lights would go out pretty much whenever there was a thunderstorm. So annoying
