Do you ever turn your phone off during the day? Just for peace of mind?

I need to buy an alarm clock so I can turn my phone off at like 8pm.

It will help cut back on mindless scrolling as well

why dont you just set your phone to -Do Not Disturb - for whatever time you dont want it to bother you.

@MarmeeMarch the problem is that I pick it up to look at it. It will give me peace of mind if I turn it off. That way when I'm tempted to come here or look at other social media, I "can't" because the phone will be off.
