It looks as if this is going to need professional attention, and quickly because you don't know what else this malicious software is doing, or how it's using your phone to spread it to others.
I would first notify all my regular contacts - family and friends - of the problem, stop using the phone as a matter of course immediately and take it to a specialist dealer, though none may be available at present.
At best I would turn it on ONLY to make ONLY telephone calls or brief texts, and use it for the Internet only in very limited ways and only when absolutely necessary; and NO e-mails!
Though it's easy for me to say as use land-line telephone, broadband PC and a simple PAYG portable, but if it was my only means of communication I realise that could cause other problems.
In the last resort it may mean a new account and number.
