How on earth do I move files from Google Drive somewhere else without deleting it?(solved, thanks!)

I am out of space on my google drive and I probably am missing important emails and I can't send anything out. I don't want to delete my files. but I don't see any option at all to transfer to an external hard drive or another cloud like iCloud. Can someone please help me?! I've been dealing with this for months now!

EDIT: THANKS, EVERYBODY!!! QUESTION SOLVED! too bad I can't give "best answer" to everyone!

1. First download the important or unimportant files to your PC. 4GB data can be downloaded in less than half an hour. And do the same everyday, downloading small chunks of files like 3GB etc. YOu willl get much space.
2. Transfer all the downloaded files to external hard drive.
3. Buy more space from google , they have pricing and variety of options.

@sweetiepoo The only option you have for the files in Gdrive is to let you save them on PC by Download option on the selecetd file. But instantly look for the big file and download, you mail will at a bit ease :)

@sweetiepoo I have friends who are computer morons😝,as I was when I started..I either figure it out or check Youtube. It really is a first line resource..I also back most of my files on an external hard drive🤷‍♀️

I'm basically still a PC moron who knows where to search😅

Download the data on your computer or phone then transfer it with sd card or pendrive or hard drive.
