I think it's feasible if I am to believe that numerous (or an infinite number of) universes exist.
It's like in The Matrix.
There's one part of me that accepts reality and its physical world for what it is and so it suspends disbelief of alternatives, but there's another part in me.. like Morpheus says.. like a splinter in your mind.. you know it's there, but you don't know what it is. An off feeling, something that tells you something is not right.
If we are simulated, then who's simulating those who are simulating? Or is there only one simulator group?
