What rays does "black light" consist of?

Since "white light" is considered as consisting of "red", "green" and "blue" rays equally to their fullest

Ultraviolet is called black light but it's just another frequency of light, one we can't see.
It's a part of the full spectrum of frequencies that blend together to make up " white light "

@SW-User and it interferes with white surfaces only because white reflects the highest amount of light shone on?
SW-User
@scooogy not all white will "glow" white cloth mostly glows because of phosphors in the detergent we wash them in.
