Anybody ever use a hidden camera, such as a "nanny cam"?

If so, what were you experiences with it - video quality, etc?
Did your camera also record sound? And if so, how was that quality?
If you're willing to say, what make/model was your camera?

(And note: I'm not asking about the morals/ethics nor the legality. Those are important, but not what I'm interested in.)

I have installed cameras for 40 years you wouldn't believe some of the places I have put them
Recording audio is against the law can be considered wire typing can be serious
I will not tell you how many requests I've had from people who own tanning beds about putting them in the rooms I never would certain things I will not cross the line on I don't like cameras in people's homes outside is fine
The audio laws vary from state to state but as long as you are part of the conversation it is legal

I have used nanny cams years ago . No sound — just video. Sorry don’t remember the type it was

Standard resolution these days, is 1080P, and some models do great at night as well. They pick up sound as well. I've used Blink, and Nest.

@LookingForIt987 They are pretty easy to hide. Some are made to look like a clock, a clothes hanger. I have one built into my automatic cat feeder. It ties into my home wireless network, and I can see and talk to the cat, when I'm away, using an app on my phone.
