Why does the OS Microsoft Windows 10 sometimes reset the screen?

SW-User
It sometimes resets a few things when you reboot, like some mouse settings reset to default, some audio settings too depending on your hardware.

You mean crash?

@Northwest with the old OS it seemed like that, just before the bluescreen set in. But with this you see waiting cursor on a black screen and then a second later it's alright again.

@scooogy What kind of computer is it? What type of graphics hardware? It's usually caused by the graphics subsystem, not able to keep up, or glitches in the display driver.

@Northwest I don't know really. But funny thing is that my old laptop had always crashed in such a situation
