Will sea levels really rise by 200 feet because of global warming?

The fact that the climate deniers are arguing against this like it's a real point made by a consensus of climatologists is pretty good evidence they don't even understand what they're denying.

@CountScrofula Consensus doesn't equate fact. Never quite has.
Besides, what "consensus" there is happens to be among those who either conveniently ignore the earth's past climate history or because they are the ones pushing an agenda when it comes to " anthropogenic warming"..
There are many prominent climatologists who DISAGREE with their "consensus club"..
As far as the UN "experts" go..
Their own climate document claimed that DESPITE more than 16 years of no predicted increase in global temperatures, in defiance of UN theories, POLITICALLY SELECTED IPCC "experts" were more certain than ever that humans were to blame for "global warming"..
That is to say, those who call shenanigans would NOT be appointed to the IPCC so as to make such a "consensus" a certainty.

I guess its time to tax water vapour... The gas responsible for up to 70% of Earth's heat retention, instead of their dear CO2..

Lets not mention that they ignore the correlation between CO2 levels and increased global temperature based upon thousands of years worth of ice core samples.
What's the correlation? That global CO2 levels rise AFTER an increase in global temperatures...
Not before as they love to advertise.

Let's not mention that in the past 4500 years there have been at least 78 major global temperature swings.

The COLDEST of these periods, "The Little Ice-Age" lasted from the early 14th century and ended around the mid 19th century. Temperatures have since climbed to pre- Little Ice Age levels and they get all crazy with "panic."

Also, not to mention, the warmest period was around 1500 BC to 700BC.. Even warmer than the Medieval Warm Period C. 950 - 1250 when Greenland was farmed by Vikings and had less ice than now . (Both well before the industrial revolution)..

Also, In Glacier National Park, Montana, they quietly removed the signs that long forecast the disappearance of the glacier by 2020...

The predictions of early "consensus clubs" in the 80s stated that Ice caps would be gone and low lying land masses (like Florida and many large expanses of Earth's land masses), including major cities would be sunk by now.

They habitually keep pushing the predictions ever further into the future and meanwhile insist we only have 12 years or its all over..

They do not mention that when cherry-picked and advertised parts of the Arctic or Antarctic see ice melt, other parts gain ice.

Record warmth widely mentioned by the media in July in Greenland occured at the same time as far less reported record cold occurred in NW Russia.

Consensus isn't fact.

And it's a fact that consensus is a myth when ALL scientists are taken into account, instead of just the IPCC club.
