How to kick people off my WiFi?

I'm pretty sure my neighbour are connected to my WiFi. They would have gotten the pass when we had them over so does anyone know how I can remotely boot them off it?

Change the WiFi password or else Mac address filtering, find the Mac addresses of all your know devices and any you don't recognize, prohibit them from connecting
