Hrrrm. Shit. You have a few options:
- Reregistering the .dll is what I would do annnd that ain't working
- Just download unarc.dll
- Try a clean boot state and see if there's something installed messing with the file
- Uninstall/reinstall your graphics driver
- Uninstall/reinstall the game that's not working (assuming this comes from a game error 'cause I think games use that .dll)
