If Eratosthenes calculated the circumference of the Earth with good accuracy in 240 BC, then why do Flattards still think it is a NASA Conspiracy?

I prefer evolved conspiracy theories. Erastothenes didn't actually calculate the circumference of Earth, he was simply parroting an ancient Egyptian calculation from 3750-1500 BC. http://www.academia.edu/27928173/How_the_Ancient_Egyptians_had_Calculated_the_Earths_Circumference_between_3750-1500_BC_a_revision_of_the_method_used_by_Eratosthenes

That said, "learned" people have not actually thought that the Earth was flat in recorded history until now, in modern times. Spin on that!

@Faust76 One reference for "learned people have not thought": https://www.thoughtco.com/did-medieval-people-believe-in-a-flat-earth-1221612 ("People in Europe probably did believe that the earth was flat at one stage, but that was in the very early ancient period, possible before the 4th century BCE") The Ptolemaic system can and usually is presented with a spherical Earth.
