Why does Windows 10 not have Minesweeper?!

Who was the monster who decided to not have this game pre-installed? This is one of the reasons why I've kept Windows 7 on my laptop! Yes, I know I can just manually download it, but where's the fun in that?

I never really got into backgammon. I just liked minesweeper and solitaire and spider solitaire
