Tips to fixing a vape mod?

Know any good sites I can get help? Ive had a snowwolf xfeng for 5 months and now the increase button for increasing the wattage doesnt work. It's not stuck, just nothing happens when I press it. I think juice may have damaged the circuitry. I have cleaned it with 71% alcohol and left it in rice for a few days. No change. I'm hoping it's not a lost cause
