Do you find that is difficult to stay up to speed with technological changes?

So many things are changing so fast in software and analysis methods that I'm spending most of my time relearning stuff. These new tools are cool but leave it be for a while would you! I'm having to update my software every two months! And they're major changes! Menu's are changing so you can't find stuff...

I find it easy to keep up as long as it is useful to me and there's no attempt to change something for the sake of change. In many cases, I still stick to tried and true, simpler devices and programs.

I still use a Nokia 3310 because it fits my needs and I've found no compelling reason to get a smartphone, only negatives reasons to do so, for example.
