corning glass bowl

can i use a corning glass bowl for cooking in a microwave ?? i use Stainless steel bowls

Remove anything wooden - never put wood in a microwave. It will eventually burn.

The Corning container is entirely appropriate for a microwave. Yes, it will get very hot. Use an oven mitt or towel to remove it.
