Can anyone help me with my problem with my laptop?

My keyboard won't work PROPERLY :( only the enter and caps lock do. Whenever I press a letter button, I know it somehow works since the display picture disappears but no letter comes out. :( I can't put my password :(

Did you try restarting your laptop?

Yep a lot of times, awhile back my keyboard worked, I was able to put my password but then when I'm about to type Google it didn't work again :(
