What is a glitch?

In the 1987 version of robocop a glitch was incited as a failure in the computer to correctly decipher code to correctly analyse human behavior. Ie. It will always remain as a problem towards humans until we can correctly monetize it onto pop culture. Which seems seamless to a lot of companies

@MartinTheFirst I'm saying a lot of companies have glitches in their systems. It's just they don't care to identify them, which 87 robocop does well to note at for its time
