So I've done a stupid thing and added my gmail account to my mothers phone.. How thw hwll do I lof out without deleting the whole thing??

it's good. I still use my mom's phone number for recovery phone number and it's good because whenever I forget my password, I can ask her to receive security code because she never changed her phone number
