Is anyone else having problems with hearing a crackling/static sound on YouTube videos using the app for iOS?

Background information: I have an iPhone 7 plus. I have updated my iPhone, I tried reinstalling the YouTube app, and turned my phone off and back on twice. But I still keep hearing this crackling static sound. Is anyone else experiencing this, and does anyone have a solution?
