Does Psychosis make you super human?

In one episode I didn't sleep for 7 days straight, like my eyes were not heavy or sleepy. The other one I almost got in a fight with a two black thugs at the psych ward on was taller than me but had the same body shape as I did . But the other thug was a heavy big bone wide shoulders he stuck me hard but I was surprise it didn't daze me. He caught me by surprise because I had my eyes on the other thug, I got hit with a palm to the side of the face.
