according to my computer diagnostic my audio is functioning properly, the only problem is there is NO SOUND

is it on your desktop or laptop?

if it's your laptop do earbuds give you sound?

@Newandimproved lap top, tried head phones, no sound
but when i stream to the TV i have good sound

@mrmoose okay, that's weird. haveyou tried uninstalling and resintalling the driver?

and the mute button isn't on, right? :)
