Do you know of a good, cheap internet service?

Internet only, no cable or phone attached. I just need to be able to do my online homework and perhaps stream on netflix if I can...

You're in the US, but I don't know which area. Here in Michigan, I use WOW for internet only service at $42 a month. Would be $7 less if I got my own modem.
