Problems with my panasonic tv

Hi, sorry if this isn't in the right category but as of this morning my tv when i turn it on starts this endless loop of refreshing the home page and making the camera built in keep popping up and down leaving me unable to get in to the settings to alter anything. After searching for hours online i cant find anything about it so any help would be greatly appreciated. The make and model is panasonic tx-58ax802b.
