Can a man and woman both with blood type A+ have a child with type O+ blood type?

Yes, it is entirely possible. A man and a woman who are both blood type A+ can have a child with type O+ blood.For this to happen, both parents must have a hidden recessive "O" gene, meaning their blood type genotype is AO. If both parents pass this recessive O gene to the child, the child will be type O.
