Apparently being bad at cooking may save you from dementia. This is because if you're bad at cooking but you plan and cook anyways, you are lowering your risk from dementia by 67%. If you cook and are decent, it is lowered by 30%. This is because of the cognitive load that goes into planning recipes and cookings, the more terrible you are at cooking but cook anyways, the more cognitive workout you give your brain 🧠 and it likes that.
