Well, my friend.......the intent to explain so gravity as also the Universe in intuitive ways, nearer to direct common sense, with explanations provided by some "genuine essences" is nothing new and neither "refreshing".
It will certainly give a simpler understanding of "something" at the modical cost of not being it anymore gravity in itself. Same about other natural forces and about (by example) life.
It´s the very old approach, the one that was needed to drop by demystifying the previous images of the world (the ones populated by "essences") to give place to Science.
That is, a worldview that don´t promisse to give you intuitive, simple, commonsense truths but it´s focused in things as they are.
