Anyone Good With Stone Identification?

So I was thrifting today and I found this piece along with some other shells and coral. On one side it seems very much like a stone. Could be glass? Could it be something interesting or just a broken piece of a vase LOL? Opinions would be great. It's definitely iridescent. I don't think it has any value I just think it's gorgeous.

Thrifting is fun.

I am no expert on minerals.

Always fun to see what we can find.

@CestManan I love it. I found some super pretty shells and corals and this piece was in with them.

@ravenwind43 Was it at a Goodwill or other one?

Goodwill stores are usually real predictable for what one will find, I am guessing it was a different thrift place?

@CestManan Yes this was a local type place:)

@ravenwind43 Those local ones tend to have a lot more variety and upredictability.
I have found that Goodwill tends to have a selection that never changes, and I wonder then where all the other stuff goes.

@CestManan I would agree, though the Goodwills near me change out their stuff pretty frequently. I don't know if it's everywhere, but Sundays are dollar day for certain colors. It's crazy in there! People leave with filled carts.
