Of all the pseudoscience movements, water conspiracy upsets me the most.

Those of us in the industrialized world live in what is both figuratively and literally the wet dream of past societies. It is completely standard to have a device in your home which provides you with limitless amounts of clean drinking water; this is nothing short of miraculous. And yet despite this absolute marvel of human ingenuity, scientific understanding, engineering, and design, there are people among us who not only have no appreciation for one of the most significant privileges imaginable, but who even reject is and believe it is a source of harm that must be dismantled.

It is things such as this which make me lose my faith in furthering human capacity. With every advancement we make and every new breakthrough in our understanding of the world or ability to control it, countless people will condemn it. Apparently people don't want their lives to be made better. Why should we even try.

@StrawberryMilkshake I've never heard of structured water. Had to look it up. There are always people looking for conspiracy in every public utility project, but I've never run into the water conspiracy people. Kudos to the Romans who managed an even bigger miracle by building aqueducts back in the day of manual labor.
