Do you find the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) credible at this time of pandemic?

The FDA has overly lax standards for food production, but perhaps overly stringent standards for medicine production. The CDC's believable as anyone, but it's impossible for anyone to track an ongoing pandemic with very high precision. It's just too complicated.
