I reckon that by the time we left after 11 plus almost every boy and 50% of girls had been punished by Mrs B ( She married in our 2nd year) but all but one of us passed. And the day we left not one of us wasn't crying because we had to say goodbye to her!

Some teachers would slipper us for the slightest thing but I managed to avoid the slipper for a bit longer than she did.
